The Condominium Declaration should be submitted to the Land Registry in triplicate (on original Declaration and two counterparts). After recording, the Land Registry will return the original and a counterpart to the Attorney-at-Law responsible for recording and retain one counterpart for its records. An Amended Declaration must be filed in triplicate as well.
On the payment of the relevant fees, the Attorney-at-Law responsible for recording the Declaration or his representative will enter the PUP Number for the Condominium in the relevant spaces in the Declaration. The PUP is given by the Land Registry after the entry of the Declaration in the Condominium Register.
