What does the Land Registry Do?

The Land Registry Department is an agency of the Government of Barbados, which was established primarily to maintain records of all land transactions which have occurred in the island.

The Department falls under the Ministry of Housing, Lands and Maintenance and is headed by the Registrar of Titles.
